Who needs a dishwasher anyway? Handwashing dishes is such a joy, especially on vacation!

I keep staying at this place because they have everything I need - free Wi-Fi, a car park nearby, a dryer, an electric kettle, kitchen utensils. Plus, the staff helped me find a good exchange rate on my first stay. No regrets! Coming back soon.

Enjoyed the free WiFi, I can now update my Facebook status about how posh I am staying at a fancy hotel. Also, the free parking was a delight, saved me a few pounds to spend on more afternoon tea.

Oh, how I loved researching how a cooker works. Just what I needed, a little challenge to spice up my posh holiday.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment called One Clementhorpe Maltings in York for a few days. It was a great location, with a quiet setting and just a 10-minute walk to the city center. The apartment itself had 3 spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped family bathroom, and an ensuite. It was clean and beautifully decorated in a contemporary style. There was even a handy utility room and plenty of space for 6 people to relax together or have their own space. Plus, we had lots of dining options on Deliveroo and a short stroll away was the Everyman cinema.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

The apartment was a comfortable and pleasant base for exploring the area, and we really enjoyed our stay. The bathtub was a nice bonus. We had a nice view of the street from our window.

Our stay at One Clementhorpe Maltings was wonderful. The location was ideal, just a short and easy walk to the city center and local high street. The apartment itself was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the attention to detail in the decor made it feel like a home away from home. We especially loved the short walk to a street filled with charming shops. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in York.

Restriction: We did have a minor inconvenience with the electric cooker, as it switched off after a certain time and we couldn't use all the burners simultaneously. Additionally, the dishwasher stopped working on our last day, making clean-up a bit more challenging.

The bedroom was comfortable and in a great location, close to the town and city center, as well as the Everyman cinema.

The bedrooms were really nice and we loved having our own bathroom. It was good to see that there were smoke detectors for safety. 🛏️
